SUPER & SITE CREW GENERAL LISTING Nevada HAND was founded in 1993 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to providing affordable housing solutions for Southern Nevada’s rapidly growing population.

Over 25 years later, our organization is the leading affordable housing provider in Nevada with over 7,600 residents in 35 beautiful communities.

Nevada HAND Construction is currently looking for several construction positions, including: Multi-Family Superintendents, Multi-Family Assistant Superintendents Site Assistants These positions are accountable for delivering Nevada HAND multifamily projects on time, within budget, and with impeccable quality and attention to detail.

The Nevada HAND Site teams adhere to the highest standards for quality, safety, compliance, tracking, and documentation.

Superintendents & Site Crew Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following : (Other duties may be assigned.) Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in multi-family or residential development/construction in the capacity of a journeyman, foreman, supervising employee, or contractor.

Plan, coordinate, and manage day-to-day project activities to meet project schedule, quality, and budget objectives.

Ability to read and understand construction plans.

Ability to accurately describe and assess the status of a construction project both verbally and in writing.

Conduct meetings with critical trades such as grading, concrete, rough framing, plumbing, electrical.

Monitor project safety and enforce Nevada HAND standards with all onsite personnel to ensure the project is safe for all workers and visitors.

Pro ficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced knowledge of Excel.

Complete all necessary paperwork (daily field logs, weekly safety meetings, employee sign-in sheets, delivery sign-in sheets, change order requests, etc.

Develops and maintains a good rapport with subcontractors, city officials, and inspectors.

Problem-solving abilities and experience with complex transactions with little supervision.
