If you’re looking for a place to call home, we want to hear from you The Warranty Claims Manager oversees the Centralized Warranty team to ensure all completed warranty work is billed to the warranty provider for payment.

By doing so, this allows the organization to deliver on its mission of being the premier RV partner.

Responsibilities: Oversee a team of 25-30 Warranty Processors with 4-5 Warranty Leads as direct reports.Escalate store requests for assistance with manufacturerEscalate denied claims with manufacturer as neededProcess improvement suggestions and brainstorming with manufacturerAdjust and develop new metrics for performanceMonitor unclaimed dashboards and follow up with warranty leads as neededMonitor shortage dashboard and follow up with warranty leads and stores as neededHold centralized store meetings monthly to review metrics, provide feedback and enable strong communication between the store and their centralized team.Hold and lead team meetings to review metrics, provide feedback, train and clarify warranty processes.Establish strong rapport and communications with store management teamCoach team members for any performance, attendance or other issuesApprove time off requests and manage overtimeEnsure proper staffing levels to support all stores These are the minimum standards of the job and other duties may be assigned Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred, equivalent experience required.2 years of warranty experience in building or automotive industry preferred, not required.Minimum of 3 years’ experience effectively leading and managing large teams.Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team of employees.Process and procedure oriented.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure in order to hit deadlines.Exceptional interpersonal skills that will lead to strong relationships with internal and external partners.Communicate well to all levels within the organizationReliable and strong work ethic.
