Territory Manager – OEM-EPC

This is a Contract position in Las Vegas, NV posted November 23, 2021.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: The incumbent will be responsible for supporting EagleBurgmann Industries national sales strategic growth initiatives/targets through our Distribution/OEM and End User sales channels in the assigned region on an annual basis.

Establish and implement Distribution/OEM and End User strategic business growth plans within the region annually.

Responsible for driving additional EagleBurgmann business through our Distribution/OEM and End User sales channels and holding the partners accountable for their performance.

Work with the National Distribution Manager as a team member to organize the regions distributor technical forums to support the business development strategy.

The trainings should be focused on selling EagleBurgmanns solutions in their respective territories and industries served.

It should be aligned to the business development strategy of EagleBurgmann.

Responsible for training and removing roadblocks for the distributor partner/s Responsible for becoming an integral part of the Distributor organization developing a high level of intimacy with the different aspects of their business.

Act as a key liaison between the Distributor and Eagleburgmann ensuring that both sides are benefiting from the partnership.

Responsible for driving and achieving high levels of product and sales rep density meaning we achieve a high percentage of sellers who are selling multiple lines of EagleBurgmann product.

Coordinate marketing plans and promotional tools to support distributor sales activities.

Assist with the coordination of responsibilities, standardization and efficiencies of the service centers to support regional distribution.

The Distribution Territory Manager will plan, initiate and support selling large value upgrade opportunities with the Distributor sales force.

Prepare a monthly distribution business overview for the region Develop and maintain regional monthly running and annual forecasting with booking performance reports Perform quarterly Distributor performance reviews Must read and follow all EagleBurgmann policies, procedures, including the Employee manual, Quality System Perform any other duties as required KEY PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS: Achieving the Shipments Target against Plan for the Regions Distribution/OEM and End User sales channels will be a primary KPM Achievement of the corporate target for gross margins within the Region will be a KPM Improvement in the overall Customer Satisfaction Survey Results within the Region will be a KPM Requirements specification: POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: BSME or equivalent engineering degree and plus 5-7 years of experience in the rotating industry.

Experience in selling MTBF (value added) solutions, especially technical selling skills.

Must have motivational skills and managerial skills and a high sense of urgency to recognize equipment, process and industry opportunities in the market (develop networks) Ability to launch ideas to full market tactical initiatives.

Interpersonal skills are critical for optimum communication with distribution, end-user and internal customers Must be able to develop and maintain relationship at all levels of the Distributor organization Must be able to work in a team environment and lead teams to ensure successful program implementation.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent computer application skills in Microsoft Office products.

Experience with customer relations management tools and software.

WORKING CONDITIONS: Travel required 50% to 70% of time.

This individual will have a West Coast focus and should live near a major airport between LA and SF.
