Learn more about our innovative window products here Responsibilities: Supply Chain Manager REHAU a leading international polymer manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager for the Window Solutions Division.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the operative day-to-day business, operative processing in SCM and coordination with Sales in the areas of planning, disposition, inventory planning as well as internal and external implementation.

Within the framework of plant (location) alliances, the successful candidate represents the link to operative supply chain management units in the plants/sales office/assembly and logistics centers, thereby ensuring compliance with the strategic, division-specific supply chain management overall concept and representing it in various decision-making bodies.

This position is based in Leesburg, VA with travel to our manufacturing facilities throughout the Americas.

This position will follow a hybrid work schedule that combines on premise and remote workdays.

Specific job responsibilities for the Supply Chain Manager include: Implement supply chain concepts in the sales, warehouse and transport structure Work with plant team as well as sales teams to lead and champion overall S process from sales to procurement to production to transportationPrepare monthly capacity utilization planning in the role of the division’s sales and network planner Ensure coordination with 3rd party suppliers for on time deliveryControl of capacity utilization and production implementation within the framework of the supply networkDefine, analyze, and evaluate logistics processes in the warehouses and further develop an efficient and cost effective distribution structure taking into account HSE issues.Lead planning for capacity utilization, capacity relocation, product start-ups, etc in the warehouse and plant areasSupport, define, and implement operational supply chain concepts within the scope of new and existing product programs, customer projects or sales and plant conceptsAudit processes and benchmark with competitors and market companions in order to improve process effectiveness and streamline overall supply chainDevelop, maintain and analyze KPIs to track progress and create action plansSupport the plants and Business Divisions in planning investments for the logistics sectorParticipate in the development of an efficient material flow in the plants against the background of economic efficiency and the production and storage structure in close cooperation with Operations and the plant logistics.Maintain SAP master data in the role of network planner Qualifications: Manager of SCMBachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a related discipline; Master’s degree preferredComprehensive professional knowledge and experience in supply chain managementExperience at an equivalent level within an international manufacturing company preferredProficiency in using SAP or S4 HANA (or similar ERP system) requiredProven success managing projects from start to finishAbility to work accurately under time pressure with multiple assignments and projectsAbility to work effectively with coworkers in multiple departments and at all levels of seniorityStrong skills in utilizing Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsWillingness to travel as needed REHAU offers excellent benefits, including:Medical, dental and vision insurance401(K) with 4% company matchTuition reimbursementGenerous paid time off (PTO), plus 11 holidays per calendar yearSalary commensurate with experience.
