About This Opportunity Responsibilities: 7Drive is 7-Eleven’s delivery division and we’re on a mission to bring on-demand delivery to cities and towns throughout the United States.

As a Senior Product Manager
– Driver & Logistics you will work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure all production activities and development processes are on track.

You will identify, scope, and design driver app product strategy and user experiences that facilitate company goals.

You will also be cooperating with analytics, product, and engineering to implement and deliver application features that enable and enhance the 7Drive app.

The role demands a mix of entrepreneurship, cross-company collaboration, and well-honed product judgment.ResponsibilitiesBe the most senior product lead that focuses on the 7Drive AppHire, lead and develop a cross-functional team of engineering & design.

You’ll drive the product definition, strategy, and long-term vision for how to win both adapting the current app and building upon that.

Identify the biggest problems to solve.

Drive new feature development from start to finishRun user research, usability studies, data-driven experiments to inform product directionEstablish, monitor, and measure success.

Consistently integrate behavior data and driver feedback into key product decisions.Communicate product plans, benefits, and results to all audiences
– within teams, company, to users, press etc.Help hire, coach, and lead a team of exceptional product managers and engineers Qualifications: RequirementsNatural ability to make stuff happen around you through influence.
