Our SAAS based solutions help capture more leads, provide meaningful data analytics, the latest touring solution, and convert more prospects to residents.

The team is a strong highly motivated and fast paced group that works well together physically and remotely across the globe.

Our solutions help drive value and revenue into the RealPage product eco-system.

LI-TP1 LI-REMOTE WHAT YOUâLL DO: As a Senior Director of Product Management for the Renter Engagement Leasing Suite, you will be responsible for a team of product leaders and business analysts who are responsible for maintaining, enhancing, designing, documenting, and developing the existing products and new products on the horizon.

You will be responsible for managing the P for your products.

This includes driving bookings, sales, and revenue; managing expenses and product churn; and driving transactional revenue where applicable.

You will be expected to adhere to an agile methodology and attend and actively participate in all associated agile ceremonies.

Client care is a critical part of this role as well.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage a team of product leaders and business analystsMaintain, enhance, design, document, and develop the existing products and new products on the horizonManage roadmap and client commitments and deliver on commitmentsManaging the P for your products.Collaboration with Sales division on bookings, sales, and revenueManage expenses and aligning with budgetsProactively control product churnLeverage products to Drive transactional revenue where applicableAdhere to an agile methodologyAttend and actively participate in all associated agile ceremoniesManage client care issues as they are escalated or required REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Bachelors degree in Business/Product Management or equivalent experience7 years of experience in Product ManagementFamiliar with the practices of Agile product development and SDLC PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Property Management experience is a plus Salesforce, TFS, Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft Office and other productivity system knowledge is preferred WHAT WE OFFER: At RealPage, we’re always looking for talented professionals who thrive in a learning work environment that continually supports individual greatness.
