Senior Director MLP Content Management


This is a Full-time position in Las Vegas, NV posted November 21, 2021.

The mission of the Director MLP Content is to design and develop a world class Content Strategy for IGT’s MLP segment to meet local market needs by leveraging our global expertise and strength.

The Director MLP Content will develop and drive IGTs global MLP Content strategies and ensure IGT MLP products are exceeding the needs of our customers to ultimately drive revenue for both IGT and customers.

The responsibilities include:

• Responsible for IGTs MLP game portfolio performance

• Define & maintain IGT’s global multi-year MLP Content Roadmap, including Studio assignment.

• Establish and maintain a MLP Portfolio Segmentation

• Align the MLP strategy with other product verticals

• Communicate MLP Strategy to Executives and internal departments

• Evaluate performance analysis and derive corrections and/or adjustments in content strategy

• Provide Guidelines to IGTs Studios globally for upcoming and assigned development slots, select from concepts proposed by Studios and drive game reviews along the development process.

• Provide and maintain game related market specifications for MLPs

• Provide development guidelines (Standard Release Plan, Game Identity) for MLPs to ensure consistency across Studios.

• Determine and manage R&D budget for MLPs aligned with IGTs global goals & vision

• Determine required MLP functionalities, prioritize features and capture enhancements

• Gain market, operator and player know how and requirements as well as competitor know-how for MLPs globally – either directly from Product Marketing Management or via market visits with Product Marketing Management and Sales

• Request Market Research initiatives to optimize MLP developments & Portfolio decisions

• Act as Escalation Point in case IP and/or Compliance issues related to MLP content

• Support global go to market activities
