Renovation Field Manager

This is a Full-time position in Las Vegas, NV posted November 23, 2021.

Reporting to the Renovation Sales Manager & working closely with the Regional Sales Manager and the Business Development Manager
– the Renovation Field Managers primary functions in their assigned market(s) are:
Drive growth of all renovation project sales by pro-actively engaging with multi-family management company communities and related contractors.

This would include oversight of active projects as well as identifying, proposing and winning new projects.
Support for BDM with multi-family management companies.
Support all renovation projects by performing on-site unit specific product detail and fabrication measurement walks.

This would include new renovation opportunities and active renovation projects
Overseeing assigned renovation projects and insuring smooth project management flow and high-level customer service.
Job Overview.

Working in unison with AZP Renovation internal team.

The Renovation Field Manager submits detail product counts and accurate fabrication measurements to the AZP renovation department to assist in quote development coordination
– or order entry.

The Renovation Field Manager coordinates with the internal renovation team & local branch operations for scheduling of the unit releases.

The Renovation Field Manager works with the Account Managers assigned to the accounts MRO business to coordinate with and share information critical to the success of the renovation projects.

The Renovation Field Manager is responsible for overall renovation customer satisfaction by providing efficient project management and effective internal and external communications.

The AZ PARTSMASTER Renovation Specialist accomplishes this by:
Executing assignments as directed by the Renovation Sales Manager & Sales/Project Leadership as it pertains to request for proposal and /or active renovations.
Engaging with Renovation Sales Manager on new assignments as it pertains to request for proposal and /or active renovations.
Taking & submitting accurate fabrication measurements
Developing on-site relationships with property and contractor personnel.
Developing project product lists
– focusing on readily available supply-chain products
Initiating and completing on-site project unit walks to identify renovation products.
Coordinating with AMs on all renovation communications regarding any changes to the schedule and circumstances that must be communicated to all stakeholders.
Working with BDMs to ensure all customer corporate requirements are followed as it pertains to the property renovation and the AZ Partsmaster agreement.
Coordinating with the AZP renovation department team to ensure unit count accuracy and material delivery schedules.
Coordinating with the renovation department on current & projected products usage, unit matrix, renovation schedules and unit type specific order forms.
Providing local branch operations with short
– and long-term overall renovation project expectations.
Key components of a Renovation Field Manager:
Provide consistent updates to VPS, DOS, Regional Sales Manager, Renovation Sales Manager and BDM.
Assist in the development and then maintain a renovation process board.
Resolution of customer renovation issues and concerns at the property level, communicate all issues and concerns to RSM, DRS and BDM.
Qualifications to Include:
Attention to detail

Field experience in multi-family renovation process
Knowledge in multi-family products
Accurate ability to take and communicate fabrication measurements
Computer proficiencies (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Experienced in oral and written communication skills
Time management able to prioritize multiple tasks self-disciplined
