Regional Sales Manager

Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Territory Manager for our Southwestern Region.

Job Description:

As a representative of a major storage and organization company, the Territory Manager is responsible for developing and managing the selling process to independent dealers serving both the single family and multifamily markets in Southern Nevada, Arizona, southern California and New Mexico. The TM will represent the organization and product lines while educating the dealer, builder, and owner-developer channels about our products, programs, and opportunities in storage and organization. The primary responsibilities will be to:

· Target and sell new dealer partners by executing a territory business plan

· Maintain brand identity

· Build solid relationships

· Sell on the quality of our products, innovation in both product and technology platforms, and accelerate the transition of builders and owner-developers to upgrade storage options available to them that match with national trends.

· Meet or exceed minimum requirements for sales activity and revenue goals.

Job Requirements:

·         Three years sales experience (minimum)

·         Comfortable with latest technologies, including presentation software, mobile, CRM and other online applications

·         Typical travel 30-50%

·         Competitive, energetic and motivated with excellent interpersonal skills including strong self-motivation, focus and passion for selling. Entrepreneurial spirit.

·         Demonstrate a proven track record in effectively communicating company and product messages to an external audience

·         Self-driven, motivated by success

·         Knows how to work with team members and leverage influencer channels

·         Abilities to multi-task and problem solve

·         Has capabilities of both business development and account management

·         Must be an effective strategic thinker with proven tactical execution

·         Excellent organizational, verbal, written communication and presentation skills

·         Bachelor’s degree in a business related discipline (optional)
