Our client is looking for a Director of Product Management to support the overall growth of the organization’s PartnershipCo-Branded Credit Card Programs. This position will be primarily responsible for managing one or more credit card products. This individual will work across the organization, in particular, with marketing, risk management, finance and customer service, to increase the sale and profitability of their assigned product(s). Responsibilities (Note This is a Non-Tech Role) Develop product strategy and roadmap for various partner products and segments, domestic markets based upon proactively identifying market changes and opportunities, analyzing the competitive landscape, and understanding customer needs resulting in increased acquisitions, card member experience, portfolio performance, retention, profitability, market penetration, and competitiveness in the market. Manage launch of product enhancements or new product solutions, and is responsible for product life-cycle management (e.g., create business plans, develop business requirements, recommend product enhancements to leadership and business partners, support business development and marketing, and ongoing product support) in partnership with key stakeholders within Credit One Bank, and partner organizations while adhering to complianceprivacy and risk policies. Seek innovative solutions in product development strategy, taking market dynamics, trends, regulatory impact, and risk management into consideration Champion product initiatives across organization by identifying project goals, objectives, deliverables, constraints and issues monitor completion of tasks to ensure that project goals are achieved demonstrate ability to work tactically to drive multiple, simultaneous initiatives to completion. May participate in or lead cross-functional projects. Negotiate vendorpartnerships contracts and manage vendor relationships. Manage the product profitability and revenue goals for various merchant solutions. Provide product, market, and solution consulting to business development and other internal partners. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in product management or marketing roles, preferably in the following areas fintech, ecommerce, credit cards, consumer lending or payments products Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Demonstrated product delivery experience commercializing new business opportunities from concept to reality, with an emphasis on innovation and simplified customer experience. Demonstrated track record of working effectively in a team environment, across all organizational levels, and building superior partnerships with a broad set of partners.
