HIRINGGREAT NEW OPPORTUNITY IN PHOENIX, ARIZON AREAWORK FROM HOME SALESSCOPE OF POSITION:This position will require you to support our distribution sales and catalog channel and work directly and effectively with our diverse customer base and sales team, making decisions and determining agreements in the best interests of A-Safe.PRIMARY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Acquire and develop a comprehensive understanding of ASafe’s products and services Develop and grow a non-direct route to market for our products via distributorsAchieve specific monthly performance goals set by A-Safe Create and implement a focused sales strategy to meet your performance goals Improve sales volume through relationship building and develop value-added solutions for our customer base Manage and grow a balanced network of customers, distributorsWork to understand and influence the A-Safe process and flow of distribution supply chainsBuild relationships to successfully influence decision makers at all levels to grow and maximize sales potential Communicate and coordinate all activities with the Sales Team; including all sales representatives and the sales support team Communicate with distributors on a regular basis, providing solutions as needed and oversee all re-seller sales activity; this will include contact by telephone, regular face to face visits and presentations Demonstrate products and where necessary provide services to existing and potential re-sellers and distributorsSubmit reports on your sales activity regularly into ASafe’s CRM software and maintain clean and up to date records for all contacts and leads Comply with all A-Safe and other corporate administration requirementsManage and resolve all re-seller issues and complaints as quickly and efficiently as possible Create and manage customer value plans for existing customers, highlighting profile, share and value opportunities Identify and actively participate in trade shows and conventions, which includes participating in conference presentations and demonstrations to increase awareness of polymer barrier technology Identify and where possible actively participate in trade and sector related groups and organizationsOther duties as assigned by managementREQUIREMENTS:Proven experience as a self-starterExperience of coordinating and managing multiple projects effectively Proven experience of effectively managing and supporting the process of changeExcellent leadership, communication (verbal and written) and decision-making skillsProven and successful experience in a sales representative role Excellent knowledge of MS OfficeFamiliarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build and nurture productive business professional relationships Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills Ability to create and deliver presentations and demonstrations tailored to the audience needs Relationship management skills and openness to feedback Experience working within the material handling, health and safety or industrial machinery sectors is preferred but not required.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:You will need to commit to traveling for approximately 40-60% of your working time (involves staying an expected average of 2 nights per week away from home)BS/BA degree or equivalent Current valid driver’s license You may be required to lift 50-60lbs Remaining in a stationary position sitting for prolonged periods.Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers and legs.Ability to effectively communicate with others to exchange information
