We are currently looking for a Segment Strategy and Insights Manager for the Georgia-Pacific Professional (GP PRO) team.
Reporting to the Director of Segment Insights and Marketing, this position is a part of a team responsible for building and leveraging the organization’s foundational knowledge of market sizing and segment trends, specifically in the Office Buildings, Manufacturing and Education (K-12 and Colleges and Universities) segments. You will be the Subject matter expert and will be expected to develop and activate segment insights, and marketing strategies. Your leveraging of competitive insights will lead to an advantaged brand portfolio and generate increased market demand. Internal customers will span the full organization from senior leadership, category management, innovation, marketing teams, sales enablement and sales strategy teams.
The role will be remote in the U.S. with some travel required. We are seeking an individual with excellent critical thinking, communication, insight development and activation skills and a broad understanding of marketing strategy and implementation. This individual will need to perform multi-source synthesis by leveraging and analyzing research and data subscriptions and engage key stakeholders in product category, sales, and marketing. This person will also be a key contributor to point-of-view development, segment trends and insights storytelling, sales insights enablement, helping earn thought leadership, as well as identifying areas of future growth for GP PRO. He or she must have an aptitude for a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a high sense of urgency, customer focus and collaboration.

For this role, we anticipate paying $85,000 – $110,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
