Marketing Manager

This is a Full-time position in Las Vegas, NV posted June 20, 2022.

We are working with a client that is looking for a Creative Marketing Manager to fill an immediate need. This is a direct hire opportunity with an exciting company!  The Creative Marketing Manager guides all creative projects and is responsible for the overall quality of work produced by the creative department which includes photography, and graphic designers. This person will be collaborating with other marketing departments to make sure each marketing channel/project obtains the collateral it needs to succeed. The goal of this position is to develop, coordinate and execute all creative collateral, including photography and digital assets for the website or other outside mediums.  This person will lead a small team so leadership skills and experience are a must.


• Understand design, smart copy and recognize fresh approaches to advertising.

• Make decisions on final copy, final art, and other advertising items.

• Manage the design of digital artwork, as well as various promotional and marketing materials, for use on websites, forums, social media pages, email campaigns, internal events, and all other digital marketing channels.

• Create ads in multiple formats for projects while maintaining a brand and continuity between ads in the same project.

• Illustrate concepts by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size, and style and related aesthetic concepts. • Design brand-related artwork for various projects.

• Build out strategies and efficient processes for photography, and graphic design

• Organize and oversee collaborative projects with other creative team members.

• Update old or disused material into current, operational formats.

• Coordinate photo shoots with the photographers and mine pre-shot content for graphic design project elements.

• Use cameras and other photo studio equipment for various projects.

• Liaison with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and materials are printed to the highest quality.

• Maintain technical knowledge of the current industry by monitoring trends, reviewing professional publications, or attending workshops or seminars.

• Maintain reporting on photography metrics and any other metrics that help identify the ROI for the team

• All other duties as assigned.

Job Specifications:

Education: Associate degree or equivalent in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of related experience preferred with some of that experience being in a leadership capacity

Background and understanding of graphic design and photography

Specific Skills: Ability to understand the needs of our customers, both internal and external. Independent self starter with strong project management skills.

Proficiency in reporting using Excel.

Ability to work both independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment.

Well-developed time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

Strong communication skills to be able to verbally present creative concepts, metrics, and performance.

Ability to receive and respond to constructive criticism.

Ability to work cross-functionally with teams to create one voice for marketing.

Understanding of marketing tools for market research and identifying trends.

Continuous improvement mindset to always be learning and improving yourself and the business
