Lead Consultant

Infosys Technologies

This is a Full-time position in Las Vegas, NV posted May 3, 2021.

As a ServiceNow Architect you will be playing a lead role in the delivery of ServiceNow Implementation program and drives strategic transformational change of ITIL solution deployment.

Responsible for the architecture and drive implementation/integration of the ServiceNow product and Integration with other systems.

Responsible for the overall architecture, design, implementation and integrity of the ServiceNow application within the enterprise.

Also responsible for ensuring that the solution delivered to business units are engineered in accordance with corporate architecture and infrastructure standards.
Required Qualification:

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Las Vegas, NV or be willing to relocate to the area.

This position may require travel in the US.

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.

Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

At least 7 years of Information Technology experience

Minimum of 5 years overall experience in implementing ITIL and IT Service Management Solutions.

Strong experience with ServiceNow platform solutions, including Employee and Technology workflows, Integration Hub, and API integrations.

Working knowledge of all ServiceNow/ITIL modules including ITSM, CMDB, IT Asset Mgmt.

Discovery, Event Mgmt, Service Mapping, HRSD, GRC and CSM.

Serve as an expert in the ServiceNow platform, leading ServiceNow practices, advancements, and innovation

Collaborate with internal and external partners to steer the best decisions and drive the right business outcomes

Develop and deliver a clear platform roadmap by bringing the knowledge of business drivers, processes, and ServiceNow platform capabilities

Provides advice on how business services are delivered with a vision for improvement.

Evaluate spend and make decisions and recommendations that drive towards cost effectiveness

Assist with the planning, strategy, and implementation of the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices

Preferred Skills:

Analyze IT governance structures, and identify recommendations for enhancements

Lead the architectural design, development, deployment, and technical quality of the ServiceNow platform and integrations

Facilitate client workshops and conduct interviews to drive stakeholder consensus on requirements and solutions

Identify process improvement areas and drive CSI projects

Pro-actively manage risks, and stakeholder expectations

Communicate, enforce, and integrate development best practices and technology standards

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.

Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
