Director of Professional Services

Since Redox’s founding in 2014, thousands of healthcare developers have built on Redox’s API platform and Health Systems are using the Redox platform to do everything from turning on new cloud-based applications to exchanging data with affiliated facilities. Redox has connected hundreds of applications at Health Systems across the country, with robust capabilities for integrating into 90+ EHRs including Epic, Cerner, McKesson, AllScripts, and Athena.An exciting new position, the Director of Professional Services provides the strategic vision and leads the charge accelerating professional services for Redox’s Customer Success Organization. Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, the leader is responsible for developing strategies and service offerings to help new and existing Redox customers build and scale their interoperability strategy. The Director Professional Services, has a direct, client-facing role with higher profile enterprise clients to build successful relationships to help grow Redox’s top line revenue. In this role you’ll

    • Develop and manage the professional services partner strategy and ecosystem in partnership with our Channel team to maintain a global network of certified partners that deliver with consistent quality
    • Develop strategic plans to build and evolve Redox’s Professional Service offerings
    • Create service offerings aligned to enterprise and commercial market segments, including value positioning, scope of services, collateral and pricing.
    • Lead the delivery of accelerating services to our customers, overseeing resource management, project delivery and operational success metrics
    • Develop and monitor operational plans and budget. In collaboration with the Chief Customer Officer, assists in the development of short and long-range business goals, budget projections, annual objectives, and work plans for Professional Services
    • Drive enterprise wide adoption, expansion revenue, and ARR goals by increasing win rates and addressing customers full service needsBe accountable for Professional Services financial goals and metrics (bookings, services revenue and gross margins)
    • Own operational metrics for the services engagements such as time to value, customer satisfaction and timely delivery
    • Act as an evangelist for services, assisting sales with selling and serving as an executive sponsor for our strategic customers

What we’re looking for

    • Bachelor’s Degree  in business, healthcare related field, or equivalent
    • 3-5 years demonstrated progressive experience managing, leading and/or delivering professional or consulting services in a healthcare setting
    • 3-5 years demonstrated progressive experience with a subscription-based business model, delivering SaaS solutions
    • Experience in working across highly matrixed, cross-functional delivery teams (e.g., implementation, customer success, technical services, support) and third party delivery partners
    • Demonstrated experience building and scaling a professional services business with accountability for financial targets
    • Knowledge and experience working with clients and stakeholder groups in the healthcare environment. Up to date on current trends in health care and health care organizations
    • Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and formal communication abilities to interact effectively with executives and staff at all organizational levels, both internal and external to the organization
    • Highly skilled at developing and delivering compelling presentations and business proposals
    • Expert MS Office skills using Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Data management and Salesforce experience strongly preferred
    • Proven experience building and leading a team of 5+ people in fast-paced, growing company
