Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the understanding of a global network of professional services firm, a financial services entity or communications consulting and emphasizing the following areas:

  • Mentoring and formally and informally coaching junior staff on projects;

  • Developing, driving and executing programs, such as communications, media relations, project and social media, across a variety of business units, while applying data and insights to communications plans and approaches;

  • Understanding of the news cycle and how the media landscape is changing and apply that to the Firms strategies;

  • Managing up, down and across the matrix to complete projects on time and with accuracy;

  • Leading by example by demonstrating an intrinsic work ethic and communicating in an organized and knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats;

  • Championing innovation and new ideas to help advance the firms strategy;

  • Connecting with team members and leaders proactively in order to drive synergies and a streamlined approach throughout the team;

  • Providing capacity across the greater communications team, helping fill coverage gaps and support special projects;

  • Providing consultation to stakeholders and advancing their strategic priorities;

  • Executing and delivering successful large-scale omni-channel campaigns; and,

  • Championing innovation and new ideas that will help advance the firms strategy, and organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask various responsibilities while working diligently to deliver under time constraints.
