Campaign Marketing Manager (Supplemental, Intervention, and Assessment)

The Campaign Marketing Manager is responsible for coordinating the creative and strategic vision for the successful development and implementation of campaign marketing plans to support assigned geographies, business units, and/or adoption states.

Working with cross-functional teams, this position will maximize opportunities to ensure revenue growth by gaining new business, as well as engaging current customers within existing markets.

The Campaign Marketing Manager is responsible for tracking competition and market trends and utilizes this information when creating product messaging that portrays Savvas programs in the most competitively advantaged manner.

This position works closely with Sales, Services, Product Management, and Product Marketing to ensure that key product features and competitive differentiators are adequately described to both customers, and the Sales team.

The Campaign Marketing Manager will also develop integrated marketing promotion campaigns, utilizing tools such as Direct Response Marketing, Event Marketing, and social media.

SCOPE AND IMPACT OF JOB The Campaign Marketing Manager is responsible for working within assigned project budgets to a) define campaign tactics to deliver the campaign strategy b) project manage the go-to-market campaign, including working with Marketing Shared Services (Events & Conferences, Digital Marketing, Product & Academic Research, Creative Services) and c) collaborate closely with Sales and Services to ensure campaign implementation.

They may also have or share product line revenue responsibility
– depending on the assignment.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE Self-starter with 5-7 years work experience as a Territory or Marketing Manager Experience in K12 Education industry sector preferred BA/BS in related field required, advanced marketing degree, preferred Strong track record of working on cross-functional teams Demonstrated ability to effectively manage projects Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills required: must be able to interact successfully with customers, sales team, services team, product development team, and product management team Good time management skills and organizational skills Experience in online marketing techniques, including email, social media, product demos (such as Brainshark or Camtasia) Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven, collaborative climate PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate with Product & Marketing Management, Integrated Marketing Services team, and Services and Sales teams, to develop effective marketing plans to acquire new customers while engaging current customers within existing markets.

Develop effective sales & marketing support collateral, including product presentations and adequately train Sales on respective campaign implementation plans.

Work with Product Management & Academic and Product Research team to conduct competitive analyses and provide the sales force with effective competitive selling strategies.

Participate in tradeshow and events planning to optimize product messaging at such events.

Develop and execute product sampling strategy in support of assigned product lines.
