**Description**Responsible for the business development and performance of all sales activities an assigned market with a focus on new business development.

Successful candidate me also be involved in recruiting, hiring, and develops Account Executives based on criteria agreed upon by senior management.

Prepares action plans for individuals as well as for team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.

Additionally ensures that customers are informed of new product/service introductions and prices.Provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.

Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for Account Executives.
