Our team members are innovative, technologically sophisticated, and motivated to achieve.Learn more about working here!The RoleThe current scope of the position of AVP, Loan Servicing Operations Manager, which may be changed from time to time at the sole discretion of the Chief Operating Officer, will generally include the following duties that support the Loan Servicing Dept.:* Provide oversight and management to operations personnel* Ensure all personnel are properly trained and to make personal growth and team building a high priority within the department* Work closely with team members on skill development and career planning* Develop a trusting and collaborative environment where roles and responsibilities are clear and the team can operate in a highly effective manner* Conducts performance reviews for direct reports and provides for ongoing guidance and support. Coaches and supervises direct reports in doing the same for their staff* Participates in the division planning and goal-setting process, helps to establish priorities and objectives and assists in the development of strategies to achieve them* Resolves difficult loan situations and/or customer complaints, and provides alternative solutions to meet customers’ needs* Assists in the selection, implementation and testing of systems and software utilized within the department, and ensures the most efficient and cost effective utilization* Coordinates with other departments, such as various lending channels and Portfolio Management, to enhance workflow efficiencies and ensure that loan customers receive the best possible service throughout the entire loan cycle* Understand the importance and significance of the data to captured in the system and develop monitoring and productivity reports that can be utilized to effectively evaluate and impact performance* Provide direction, guidance and measurement tools to the department to ensure that operations meet service level agreements* Ensures full compliance with both Regulatory and Agency Requirements and the Bank’s Policies and Procedures* Develop innovative solutions to automate processes, reduce risk, and improve data integrity and SLA adherence* Work with various departments to automate processes utilizing current technology* Review of department processes and procedures; provide ongoing training and updates. Identify improvement opportunities for the employee and customer experience, gain efficiencies, improve data integrity, etc.* Work with direct manager to determine and track KPI’s and KRI’s, department challenges and successes, create standardized reporting dashboards and develop and execute department initiatives* Management and oversight of the audit, collateral, escrow, payments and payoff teams* Other projects and administrative tasks as requestedAre You A Fit?* 2+ years’ management in loan servicing or related field* High school diploma or equivalentPreferred:* 5+ years’ in banking, lending, or financial services* Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, accounting, statistics, or related course experience in math, statistics, computer science, accounting, or related fieldApply directly for consideration as we are not using any outside agencies for any of our openingsPre-Employment Drug Test:All offers are contingent upon the candidate successfully passing a credit check, criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screening, which includes screening for marijuana.
