Job Description Summary: HII Technical Solutions is seeking an Air Battle Manager/Weapons Controller Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support mission planning and live mission execution during ABM and other WIC syllabus mission support as directed by the 8th WPS/CC. Duties and Responsibilities: Air Battle Manager/Weapons Director shall provide the following, with respect to • the 8th WPS, in support of USAFWS combat mission syllabus events: * IABM WOs shall perform at an IABM WO-level during mission briefings, execution, and debriefings. * IABM WOs shall attend all required mission briefings and debriefings, provide valid, constructive debriefing comments, and identify and report student trends to the appropriate Syllabus Phase manager * IABM WOs shall provide instruction support during syllabus mission execution and as directed by the 8th WPS/CC Education and Experience Requirements: * Minimum two (2) years of experience Combat Mission Ready (CMR) as an USAF Air Battle Manager (ABM) 13BXX/17XX OR USAF Enlisted Weapons Director (EWD) 1C5DX OR DoD equivalent. * Five (5) years of experience working in a DoD flying squadron, group, wing, OR air operations (e.g. BCS, BCC, MCS, MCE, AWACS) training program. * Minimum two (2) years of experience working with Microsoft Access, Excel, and SharePoint. * USAF Green Flag, Red Flag, or comparable exercise experience. * USAFWS Weapons School Instructor Course (WIC) Graduate or comparable course (e.g. CATAC) highly desired About Technical Solutions, A Division of Huntington Ingalls Industries: Building on a legacy of more than a century of naval shipbuilding, Huntington Ingalls Industries’ Technical Solutions division is accelerating national security solutions to a wide variety of government and commercial customers worldwide.
