Job Details
General responsibilities will include
Oversee multiple projects and being responsible for communicating with clients, staff and field crews, and coordinating with public and private clients and contractors to deliver services timely and efficiently.
Assist with field coordination. Provide QAQC and review all documents / maps.
Interact cooperatively with adjacent departments to support survey involvement. Oversee the completion of ALTA, topographic surveys, and other various survey work.
Perform boundary research, draft and review legal descriptions, records of survey, right-of-way maps, etc.
Assist with processing field data and calculations for field crews. Review and/or prepare cut sheets.
Requirements
Successful candidates need to be a PLS for at least five years.
Candidates must have office and field survey experience with proficiencies in construction survey methods utilizing electronic and paper plans.
Proficient working knowledge of Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center.
Candidates must be able to provide examples of recorded surveys, easements or other applicable boundary work they have previously completed.
