Senior Sales Executive

PCIHIPAA has an immediate opening for a Sr. Compliance Advisor. At PCIHIPAA, we change lives by helping our clients prevent catastrophic losses caused by regulatory non-compliance, data breaches, and human error. We provide our clients with solutions to help easily keep protected health information private and secure. Medical practices are required to implement administrative, technical and physical safeguards most of which are not provided exclusively by their IT provider or practice management software. PCIHIPAA is a full-service compliance and security partner.

We seek attitude, not skills, and someone that has the discipline and desire to follow a step-by-step proven sales process. The ideal candidate is passionate about achievement, draws energy from overcoming objections and works with a sense of urgency. This enthusiastic, self-starting person with a passion for selling is responsible for converting leads into sales through a specific sales process.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prospecting and networking to identify new business opportunities among new and existing clients.
  • Apply interpersonal skills to influence and persuade clients to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Closing new business and up-sell opportunities from warm and self-generated leads.
  • Manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationship with clients through strong communication and follow-up.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives by working effectively with the customer success team.
  • Remain proficient and knowledgeable on company’s products and services

SKILLS & EXPERTISE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field preferred, but proven record of success may be considered in lieu of.
  • B2B sales background required. Inside sales experience* preferred.*
  • Experience selling professional services required.
  • Experience being a CLOSER and generating your own leads
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task, work efficiently, problem solve independently, willingness to take direction and pay close attention to detail
  • Must be based out of Las Vegas, NV
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must pass Criminal Background check.
