Responsibilities: Grand View Health is looking for a friendly and energetic Patient Service Representative to join our Family Practice office in Harleysville to become a valued member of our team.

With a network of medical practices throughout Bucks and Montgomery Counties, Grand View Health functions as an extended family of healthcare advocates who take pride in knowing that we aren’t just making a living; we’re leading our community to a healthier future.

The Patient Service Representative is responsible for a wide variety of functions such as handling the arrival and/or departure of patients in a practice, handling patient calls and inquires, coordinating patient appointments.

Other functions of the Patient Service Representative include updating patient insurance/billing information and performing point of service activities to ensure quality of care to the child, adolescent, adult and geriatric patient.

The Patient Service Representative must have good communication skills, and the desire to make a positive impact on the lives of patients.

Must have the ability to multi-task, take initiative to complete job duties in a timely manner, and be responsible.

Schedule: Part Time, Monday, 12:00pm
– 8:00pm.

Wednesday, 8:00am
– 4:30pm, Thursday, 12:00pm
– 8:00pm Qualifications: Education and Experience:High School Diploma/GED And Over 1 year to 3 years experience in a medical office required One year of advanced training And Over 1 year to 3 years experience in a medical office preferred Skills and Abilities:

– Ability to maintain the strictest levels of confidentiality.
