Inside Sales Specialist (East Coast Remote Potential)


This is a Full-time position in Las Vegas, NV posted October 14, 2021.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding and identifying leads through a variety of sources.

Once leads identified, this candidate will reach out and meet with the business’ decisions makers to better understand their business needs and how our product could help them. 


Position Responsibilities:

Daily Lead Qualification

Timely follow up within 24-48 hours upon receipt of leads

Research accounts from leads, reach out to customer, prospect, set follow up tasks for prospecting, send D1-D20 emails

Leads consist of:

Web Leads

Customer Enquiries (Call in, Pass from Mumbai call center)

Concentrix Campaign leads

Trade Shows

Quote Configuration Strategy 

Assist in matching customer requirements to product configuration

Tee up initial quote configs for XRS Specialist to review

Assist AE in reviewing quotes while Specialist is not available

Consult, discuss and quote for Federal Government consolidations, emergency requests

Support Corp Accounts team in quote generation, config review for Corp Accts Directors

Quote Assists

Fix quote mistakes pre and post orders

Assist in quote edits when AE is unavailable or on the road

Funnel Management

Support territory AVP in open funnel, forecast, open opportunity reviews with AE

Metrics Reporting

Assist AE in follow up on opportunities

AE BMI Training

Conduct training for new incoming AEs as well as conduct refresher how to for BMI

Order Entry Support

Support Order bookings with order checking, quote check, upside

Follow up on install coordination on behalf of AE

Follow up with customer

Price Letters/Internal Orders

Write price letters

Work with AVP approvals for internal orders

Create internal orders for processing


Independent, self-starter, quick learner

Able to handle multiple tasks, projects simultaneously

Ability to handle rejections


Required Skills & Education:

1-3 years of Inside sales experience with Documented success.

Bachelors degree

Medical Device or complex sales cycle that included a Capital sale into Hospitals or Imaging Centers.
