Gameday Lead Sales Associate

Raiders Football Club LLC

This is a Full-time position in Las Vegas, NV posted November 24, 2021.

Allegiant Stadium and The Raider Image are hiring Lead Sales Associates.

The Lead Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting customers in a courteous and professional manner and will perform opening and closing routines.

Essential Job Functions
Ability to open and/or close the store a minimum of four times a week.
Establish rapport with all guests and team members.
Maintain sales floor merchandise appearance.
Maintain daily housekeeping standards.
Process guest transactions, merchandise returns, exchanges, and store credits by utilizing Point-Of-Sale (POS) registers.
Assist guest on the sales floor and promote up-selling of merchandise.
Restock merchandise on the sales floor.
Assist with merchandising of products for visual displays.
Assist in the yearly inventory process.
Process inventory of incoming merchandise (receive, barcode, display etc.), when directed.
Assist with merchandising of products for visual displays.
Aid and training to other team members when directed.
All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Must be available to work all Las Vegas Raiders home games
Sales and customer service experience needed.
Cash handling experience.
Knowledge of pos system a plus.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
Ability to work flexible hours including, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Aspects of Position (includes but are not limited to):
Occasional lifting and carrying up to 50lbs
Frequent walking, standing, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling
