EquipmentShare is searching for an Advanced Solutions Vertical Sales Specialist for our rental location in Las Vegas, NV, to shape our Pump, Power and HVAC and Industrial Tooling Division’s future through technical sales support and direct sales efforts. We’re seeking an Advanced Solutions Vertical Sales Specialist with a minimum of 7 years sales experience with Rental, Pump, Power, HVAC, and IQ Compressed Air. You must also have a desire to establish, grow and nurture a new EquipmentShare customer base. Advanced Solutions is a specialized division within EquipmentShare’s platform of offerings to our customers, and we are looking for driven, experienced sales professionals individuals to grow it from the ground up with technical sales support and direct sales efforts. Our Vertical Sales Specialist will provide specialty engineered rental solutions, including pumping-fluid handling, power generation and climate control-HVAC offerings. Our Advanced Solutions Vertical Sales Specialist will have the opportunity to shape the future of our Pump, Power, Industrial Tooling and HVAC Division. Primary Responsibilities Promote Advanced Solutions Sales Activities across multiple Districts/Regions. Specialize in specific Vertical Markets based off of their specific subject matter expertise. Assist in job walks, sizing, and engineering of Solutions applications. Assist Solutions Reps and Territory Account Managers with providing quotes to customers on Solutions Gear. Project management when required on larger job setups. Work closely with National Account Managers on Executive Level Sales Activities/Presentations. Assist in continual training and product knowledge for both Territory Account Managers and Advanced Solutions Reps. Our Advanced Solutions Product Specialist will receive a base salary plus commission and a competitive benefits package. Skills & Qualifications At least3 years of sales experience in commercial construction, industrial sales or related equipment is preferred. You have strong sales skills and a solid record of selling to customers with a variety of specialized needs. You’re able to learn quickly and immerse yourself in the product, solution or tool you’re selling, no matter how complex it may be, in order to effectively educate and inform prospective customers. You have technical knowledge of equipment. You’ve got the ability to accurately size, quote, install and manage multiple large projects related to EquipmentShare’s Pump, Power, Industrial Tooling and HVAC solutions. You can juggle numerous tasks and projects of competing priority at once. You’re able to create and present presentations to various levels of decision-makers, and you have solid public speaking skills. You’re a self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
