Job DescriptionResponsible for driving results by providing leadership, development and coaching to a team of AAC sales managers and their employees.ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate critical skills of a leader including setting expectations, developing, coaching and motivating a team; include holding 1:1’s, team meetings, administration duties (e.g.

PTO, time card tracking, performance management), ensuring brand standards, client service and satisfaction goals are met, and developing strategies for team to achieve results.Develop team of sales managers to enhance performance and fulfill professional development/career aspirations.Instill strong culture of development, feedback, and accountability by fully leveraging transparency in performance, recognition and reward programs.Support overall Ameriprise initiatives that will help advance the AAC.Take an active role to ensure that the AAC is a positive and supportive environment for all advisors and staff.Be a thought leader within the AAC to help drive continuous improvement across the organization.Responsible for supervision of all sales activities of registered personnel assigned to him/her.Required QualificationsBachelors degree or equivalent and minimum 5 years relevant experience.Strong communication skills to work all levels of the organization.Demonstrated leadership behaviors including ability to motivate individuals and teams, coach colleagues, create high energy and build confidence.Demonstrated track record of following compliance policies, principles, and procedures; must be in good compliance standing with regulators.Demonstrated strength in influencing at all levels and building effective relationships in order to work collaboratively across diverse units/staff functions.Demonstrated ability to work under pressure with undefined processes, tight deadlines and frequently changing  priorities. Demonstrated results in successfully coaching and leading sales professionals early in their career; experience in a leadership capacity.FINRA licenses required: Series 7, 24, 63/66, 65/66.Preferred QualificationsPreferred certifications: CLU, FMLI, ChFC, CRPC, CFPMasters degree preferredAbout Our CompanyWith the right company, life can Be Brilliant®.
