Job Posting Title VP, Product Management CX Core Solutions


We’re looking for a Vice President (VP) of Product who will play a pivotal role in the future of our CX Solutions division.

Our VP of Product will be responsible for the technical vision and development of our Oasis Suites product offering.

You’ll be managing other product managers, product owners, business analysts and collaborating with the marketing and support teams, as well as providing the overall vision for the product roadmap.

What you’ll do

  • Lead a product management organization
  • Develop and manage product and technology roadmap
  • Develop and execute strategy for successful market penetration
  • Define and coordinate marketing campaigns with Marketing team
  • Generate market requirements documents (MRDs) and provide clear metrics and direction to the technical team
  • Grow revenue and profit by partnering with sales to establish lead customers w/w
  • Coordinate with ecosystem partners to facilitate adoption
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering to manage product lifecycle and ensure successful productization
  • Communicate to management in regular status meetings and product development phase gates
  • Innovative sales strategy development and pricing experience
  • Understanding of igaming player experiences and operators’ business drivers
  • Solid understanding of the System Business environment
  • Excellent relationship and negotiation skills at C – level
  • A self-starter who manages their own time to deliver on the goals of the role
  • Ability to take direction yet be bold to articulate your own vision
  • Positive attitude, structured and thorough
  • Attention to detail an absolute must both in terms of appearance and working methods
  • Professional attitude and persona towards colleagues and external parties
  • Ability to build and sustain strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders

What we’re looking for

  • 10+ years in sales and/or strategy leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth
  • Masters/Bachelors’ degree or equivalent
