We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our team.n nThe ideal candidate will provide support with everyday administrative tasks and planning.

The Virtual Assistant role will combine professional partners, AI, and software to identify solutions to enhance the customer experience.n n As a Virtual Assistant, You Will…n Oversee and manage multiple household projects, including organizing calendars and various tasks Event planning, including organizing and running household events and parties Manage errands, travel arrangements, itineraries, and designated projects Coordinate and maintain household technology Proactively anticipate future family needs Assist in professional partner selections and communications Handle incoming requests via chat, phone, email, and SMS Test and use company technology in order to provide product feedback to drive quality Listen attentively and use client information to tailor responses to meet their needs Learn and retain a thorough working knowledge of all existing and new products Provide information to the client and place appropriate notes in the system for next step actions Maintain thorough knowledge of systems so that information can be researched and accurately provided to the customer Perform other duties as assigned n n Requirementsn n As a Virtual Assistant, You Have…n High school diploma or equivalent (required) A post-secondary degree or certificate, preferably in Business Management (preferred) A combination of education and work experience will also be considered Experience in coaching and mentoring Personal Assistant/Concierge and Administrative Assistant experience preferred Computer and Web-based skills with strong working knowledge of and experience with standard office equipment and software such as Microsoft Office +/or G Suite (Google For Work) Natural ability to understand and respond to sensitive information and situations Superior communication skills Listening, verbal and written Excellent attention to detail with the ability to organize, coordinate and track projects Above-average time management skills with the ability to follow-up on multiple tasks/details with accuracy and timeliness Engaging and successful communicator, speaker, and facilitator Advanced planning, creativity, and follow-through skills Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills Knowledge of connected home products or similar technology Ability to build rapport with clients and interact with team members at various position levels work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and holidays Ability to come into the campus to pick up equipment
