This is a Full-time position in Las Vegas, NV posted March 4, 2021.

The Underwriter, Credit Risk Management is the secondary level of review for Business credit applications. The Underwriter utilizes credit application data supplemented by financial statement analysis to identify the creditworthiness of business customers seeking handset and service plans. The Underwriter will work within the confines of several key departmental controls to facilitate review, assessment and decisioning within a prescribed service level and turnaround. The Underwriter must provide a high level of customer service to partners both inside and outside.


• Decision credit applications of business clients applying for service and handsets. This includes analysis of applicant’s credit information and business mobile wireless statements. financial statements and/or tax returns.

• Conduct in-depth investigations to authenticate business forms and information using multiple internet resources. Identifies and reports fraudulent account activity and company revenue leaks.

• Validate that new and existing Business applicants meet defined Credit standards for additional lines of service.

• Ability to handle high volume phone calls from our inside partners calling to submit applications for small businesses requesting services.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective and timely resolution of a variety of dealer inquiries. Delivers one-contact resolution of dealer and customer issues.

• Manage information of a proprietary and confidential nature, belonging to both customers and the company, adhering to company and general legal guidelines.

• Utilizes problem solving and decision-making skills to reduce fraud and bad debt.

• Back Up to Commercial Underwriters

• Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.

Job Requirements:


• 2-3 years’ experience in commercial lending /banking background preferred

• 2-3 years customer service call center financial statement analysis experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, economics or equivalent work experience

• Ability to work weekends (shift could be over weekend with 2 days off during week)

• Proficient in MS Office & Excel

• Experience with CRM platforms preferred
