Technical Analyst


This is a Full-time position in Las Vegas, NV posted March 15, 2021.

nn*** Contract-to-Hire ***nn nn n nn nn Responsibilities:  ​nn Performs all aspects of troubleshooting desktops.

Interact heavily with end users to solve issues related to desktop hardware and software.

Provides primary support to users via both the phone and hands on at the desktop.

Ability to troubleshoot issues related to Active Directory, SCCM, O365, email, printers, and more.

Mentors, trains and supports entry-level technical analysts.

Performs facility-based moves, adds, and changes as needed.

Effectively works with customers, Service Desk and Technical Services personnel.

Maintains and protects confidentiality with regard to all aspects of patient care and employee information.

Provides 24×7 on-call support based on division IT staff rotation once assigned.

Other duties as assigned.

nn n nn nn Position Requirements: nn Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred Supplemental education or IT certifications are preferred 3+ years of experience as an IT Technical Analyst and/or related position Strong knowledge of supported server, application, network, security systems, virus protection, and hardware configurations Demonstrated logic and analytical ability Attention to detail and desire for accuracy Strong knowledge of Operating systems, Office 365, SCCM, and Active Directory Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to handle ambiguity and changing priorities requiring critical thinking skills Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies Project management/leading experience is preferred Good organization skills Good written and oral communication skills Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment A sense of responsibility and accountability; someone who takes ownership and initiative Professional demeanor and positive attitude; customer service orientation Ability to learn new technologies, methods, and processes Respect for diversity of experience, characteristics, viewpoints, and opinions Adheres to Code of Conduct and Mission & Value Statement Valid state driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
