You’ll be partnering with stakeholders to drive proactive hiring plans, be responsible for attracting, sourcing, engaging, and hiring the best Sale, Marketing and Pre-sales talent in the DEX market.

You’ll play a vital role in building our GTM department, scaling teams and driving our organisational growth.

Additionally, you’ll get stuck into different projects and strategic initiatives to help scale the People and Talent team, while also collaborating with the marketing team to help develop our talent awareness strategy.1E is currently going through an exciting period of growth and change.
