resumes, assignments and contact details) in internal databases * Perform background and reference checks * Coordinate interviews and contact applicants, as needed * Manage employee referral process, including asking for referrals and submitting bonus payout requests * Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g.

preparing necessary paperwork and scheduling trainings) * Source and assist in hiring across all teams within the company * Interact with potential candidates through professional networks, emails and interviews * Identify qualified candidates using various sourcing techniques * Work to improve upon existing procedures and develop innovative hiring strategies Requirements: * Work experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, HR Administrative Assistant, or similar role * Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills * Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, in particular) * Excellent organizational skills * Experienced in Windows and Microsoft Programs such as OneDrive, Teams, Powerpoint, Excel, Word, etc * College degree preferred but not required
