The Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting the design, modification, installation, testing, and maintenance of financial systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency. This position will aid in documenting application and system environments (architecture, ecosystem, interfaces), developing application procedural documentation and knowledge base information, and supporting the day-to-day run operations of financial applications and systems. Assigned tasks will require a mixture of technical and analytical skills. This position will work in a cross-functional team environment and will have the ability to collaborate effectively to implement and maintain business solutions. Responsibilities Designs, implements and supports CRM, ERP related applications and solutions Reviews, analyzes, and maintains financial application and system environments Monitors the overall availability and performance of the applicationsystem environments and associated integrations. Investigates, triages, and troubleshoots escalated issues and system outages performs root cause analysis and excercises appropriate problem management strategies Liase with other teams to resolve technical dependencies, issues, and risks. Provide end-to-end support for all Property Operations, Scheduling, Vendor, and Inventory Management. Maintains and monitors support queues and service level agreements. Conducts regular reviews of applications by generating and building reports that shows efficiencies and improvement areas. Facilitates change management processes, including the development and execution of test scripts, communication plans, implementation plans, and rollback plans. Requirements Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology from four-year college or university or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 2 years experience Business, Systems andor Application Analysis. Minimum 3 years experience in Systems or Applications Support. Strong documentation and communication skills.
