Proud Moments ABA is a behavioral health organization, providing the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21.

Proud Moments is a haven of knowledge and expertise for parents of children diagnosed on the autism spectrum.

Our highly qualified BCBA/LBAs (Board Certified Behavior Analysts/ Licensed Behavior Analysts) possess years of experience and training and utilize their extensive skills to improve social, behavioral and adaptive skills with individually tailored programs.

Proud Moments ABA services the five boroughs of NYC, Long Island, New Jersey, Syracuse, NY, Rochester, NY, Nevada, Virginia and the DC/ Maryland area – and has recently expanded through partnerships to Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Mexico and North Carolina.

We offer expert treatment, innovative techniques, and compassionate, child-centered care, scheduled at families’ convenience.

We are currently seeking a talented Staffing Coordinator.

The Staffing Coordinator position is chiefly tasked to staff Behavior Technician positions.

Networking, marketing and promoting the organization is necessary to create a pipeline of qualified candidates.

The Staffing Coordinator is also responsible for interviewing candidates and matching them to cases that fit their unique skill set and disposition.

This position must possess considerable skill in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of all clients and their families as well as strong ability to understand the needs of each client.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with Client Care Advocates to understand the unique needs of the clients
Identify the specific strengths of each provider
Act as liaison with area employment agencies, college careers services departments and advertising agencies to create a strong pipeline of candidate
Screen and interview applicants and extend verbal job offers
Match the needs of each client with a Behavior Technician
Update the status of each provider in the system
Coordinate Behavior Technician schedules to fit the needs of clients
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to critically evaluate candidates
Aptitude in understanding the needs of each case
Strong ability to build and maintain productive relationships
Ability to supervise junior level recruitment staff
Outstanding organizational skills
