ResponsibilitiesCentennial Hills Hospital is a member of The Valley Health System, a network of six acute care hospitals that provide care for patients throughout Southern Nevada and nearby communities.

Located in northwest Las Vegas, the 336-bed hospital offers a wide range of healthcare services including emergency care, surgical services, cardiovascular and neurological care, women’s health, maternity and a Level III neonatal intensive care unit, and specialty programs in stroke, chest pain, orthopedics, advanced wound care and hyperbaric medicine, and outpatient physical therapy.Job Description:Responsible for promoting and maintaining quality patient are as house wide clinical resource expert coordinating PICC related activities.

Responsible for providing patient care based upon the nursing process; being effectively involved with maintaining the standard of care for assigned patients through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.

Oversees and guides employees that are under his/her supervision.QualificationsEducation:Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing (BSN) and completion of a Specialty course or equivalent.Experience:Five (5) years of acute care experience with critical care, charge nurse and/or nursing supervision.Technical Skills:Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet, and database preferred.License/Certification:Current RN license in the State of Nevada.

Current BLS certification.

BCLS and ACLS certification required.
