REMOTE D365CE Administrator

About the Role:

Titles: Dynamics 365 CE Administrator

Location: REMOTE, team works on EST time zone

Hours: 9am-5pm EST

Duration: Permanent, direct hire

Must-Haves:

  • Experience supporting or working in Dynamics 365 CE
  • Know the Customer Engagement environment, along with the project operations modules within the program
  • Experience troubleshooting end user support issues, preferably through a ticketing system (email and phone)
  • Experience pulling reports and creating reports, solving data issues, and creating workflow forms

Plusses:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field
  • Experience with pharmaceutical/CRO Toxicology and Chemistry industry
  • Understanding and experience with pharmaceutical/CRO industry regulations, standards, and guidelines, e.g., GxP, validation, 21 CFR Part 11, SDLC, etc.
  • Supervisory/Leadership experience
  • Software development skills

Day-to-day:

One of our Contract Research Organization clients is looking for a Dynamics 365 CE Administrator to join their team. This is a direct-hire, full time position that can be worked completely remotely on EST hours. As the company grows, they are implementing a software system that provides real time communication between all internal teams to manage resources and ensure they meet commitments to their customers for complex projects that span multiple sites. This position is an anchor for the site in ensuring proper study set up and study onboarding activities are accessible on this program. In this role you will continuously monitor and collaboratively work with site operations and program management to ensure study milestones, dates, and tasks are communicated, maintained, and on time. You’ll be handling internal administrative issues ranging from creating workflow forms, pulling reports and creating reports, solving data issues, application interface issues, and will ensure the CRO projects are loaded correctly in the system, making sure the system allows the assignment of functions to the right parties. This important job will ensure visibility to all internal teams connecting business development, finance, operations inter and intra site, client services, and more. You’ll collaborate heavily with the Salesforce team who supports the sales and marketing modules, for the project side of the CE module. The ideal candidate knows and understands the flow of work through the project operations and sales modules of the Dynamics 365 CE application. We are looking for someone with strong communication and customer service skills who is knowledgeable of Microsoft applications, has good organizational skills, strong presentation skills, and can solve problems quickly and thoroughly.

  • Ensure that Teams and Channels are setup correctly to maximize collaboration amongst study participants
  • Assign study teams/personnel to each project
  • Provide initial and ongoing training to Enterprise Study Management system users
  • Assist in the maintenance and creation of training materials to support users
  • Provide troubleshooting and administrative support to site users, championing the adoption of tool and its capability
