The Resort Operations Intern will participate in an eight (8) week, immersive rotational experience that will provide insight and acumen into multiple areas of the Resort Operations industry. Interns will gain work experience in Guest Services, Housekeeping, Engineering and Recreation/Food and Beverage (depending on location). Over the course of the program, Interns will be required to participate in several development opportunities through scheduled trainings, sales gallery and contact center tours, community outreach and corporate events. The program will culminate in a group presentation on an assigned topic to a Senior Leadership panel.

The Resort Operations Intern will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Learn and practice Hilton Grand Vacations’ Resort Operations Standard Operating processes and procedures for multiple areas of the business (Guest Services, Housekeeping, Engineering, Recreation/Food and Beverage; as applicable).
  • Attend a Sales Presentation and gain an understanding of the overall sales process
  • Work with a cohort group of fellow interns to assess, design and deliver an assigned presentation to a panel of Senior Leaders.
  • Attend multiple development opportunities (both in-person and virtual) as outlined in the program.
  • Ability to multitask and effectively manage competing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Always model the Hilton Grand Vacations Values when interacting with guests both internal and external.
  • Participate in a local community outreach event with assigned cohort group in alignment with Hilton Grand Vacations’ Corporate Social Responsibility platform.
