We think so.DescriptionThe Client Success Coordinator III (CSC III) is responsible for managing the KUKUI All-in-One Success Platform and on-going marketing campaigns for a number of clients. The CSC III will coordinate with the clients, designers, programmers, and sales team. The CSC III will provide excellent customer service, evaluate the local market for clients, discuss individualized marketing campaigns, measure results, and discuss points of improvement for their business as it relates to the KUKUI All-in-One Success Platform. In this position, the CSC III will be fully self-sufficient in managing cases as well as being a resource for others to come to with their questions. The CSC III must be constantly learning to stay abreast with the changing market and trends. The CSC III will help train other CSCs, learn how to manage escalations as well as help support the Client Success Manager when they are unavailable.Responsibilities & DutiesRegular communication with clients via phone and emailProvide excellent customer service by conducting regular Account Reviews with clientsUtilize clear communication and work efficiently in order to maintain client satisfactionActively participate in the training of Client Success CoordinatorsSupport the Client Success Manager in achieving team expectations and goals set by CS LeadershipParticipate in resolving case and client escalationsExude KUKUI’s LEAD-IT values well and regularlyLeverage tools and resources KUKUI provides for continuing educationParticipate in hosting Deep Dive WebinarsAssist Client Success Manager in helping mentor other team members, spot check cases, assist in call shadowing in order to help foster growth within the team Provide support for when Client Success Manager is not availableServe as a liaison between client services, the sales team, clients, developers, designers and productionStay up to date with changing procedures, practices and products as we continue to growKeep clients abreast of best marketing practices and communicate them to clientsUnderstand the industry and individualized needs of the clientWork responsibly by meeting critical client and company timelinesEffective problem management and resolutionEffectively manage a busy workload with multiple projects and many clientsPay close attention to detail regarding communications, cases, projects and changing practicesAll other duties and responsibilities as assignedQualifications & SkillsClear and effective communicationEffective time managementAttention to detailCustomer Service and SupportProject Management and CoordinationMarketing ExpertiseHas held a Client Success Coordinator II position for 3 or more years, OR has consistently exceeded the expectations of the Client Success Coordinator II position.Nice To HaveBasic HTML, Email & Domain Set-up, Design Training, Photoshop Skills, AdWords Certification, Bing Certification, SEM, Social Media, PR, Analytics and SEO knowledge.Working Experience7+ years preferred but not required.EducationBachelor’s preferred but not required.CompensationCompensation Commensurate with Experience.
