Also, key responsibilities are focused on administrative and level one support for various HR Systems and processes.

This includes, but is not limited to, Recruiting and pre-employment processes, HR compliance, Compensation and Talent Management processes.Duties/ResponsibilitiesAnalyze assigned functions, such as FLSA classification review, compensation studies, equity administration, and employment analysisCollect and analyze data.Prepare compensation survey participation dataTrack trends and developments in assigned functional areasConduct studies, performs research and prepares reportsReview, interpret and recommend policy, process or program improvementsParticipate in working groups across multiple departmentsEnsure compliance with rules and regulationsAssist with merit, performance appraisal, and engagement survey administrationProvides support to Corporate, Region, and DSS staff regarding HR System Processes, Analytics and Ad-Hoc Reporting requestsAssists with HR System maintenance (data integrity, audits, etc.) to ensure integrity of internal database files and tablesAssists with Data Security setup and support for HR SystemsSupports and assists with upkeep of HR System security rolesAssists in the review, testing and implementation of HR System upgrades or patchesMaintains Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Reporting and AnalysisAssists in development of standard reports for ongoing user needsMaintains Human Resources content on Company intranetMaintains user procedures, guidelines, and documentationBuilds relationships and clear communication channels with Regional HR Teams, Associates, and vendorsSupports HRIS Department initiativesEquity Administration support and backupWill serve as ongoing support for the AOC program and overall equity admin and reportingAssist with program education and team member inquiriesHRIS supportWill service as a backup system admin for HRIS.
