Job Description This position handles the care, maintenance, and general upkeep of the property grounds to include basic landscape as well as general cleanliness.

As a Groundsperson you will be responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Perform routine and special general labor work assignments as directed.

Maintain the property grounds including basic landscaping and overall cleanliness, using backpack blowers and pressure wash desks and other surfaces Transport and use of tools, materials, and supplies as required Remove trash, remove and reinstall trash dumpsters Remove dust, dirt, grease, and waste material from surfaces.

Dig holes, ditches, and trenches.

Maintain detailed record-keeping in English for logs and inspection sheets.

Qualifications What are we looking for?
