Grievance and Appeals Coordinator

A-Line Staffing is now hiring an Appeals and Grievance Specialist in Las Vegas, NV. The Billing Specialist would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• Monday- Friday: 8 am- 5 pm / 9 am – 6 pm (Some Weekends Possible)
• Pay: 26.00
• Hybrid: Some onsite and some remote

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming appeals and grievances disputes and review them.
• Transmit or submit claims paper electronic to insurance payers for reimbursement.
• Resolve insurance problems and patient issues that may have resulted from incorrect or incomplete information.
• Handle each medical claims with care.

Requirements

• MUST BE COVID VACCINATED
• 1 year experience working with healthcare insurance/medical claims.
• Any experience w/ any Claim Processing systems will be a plus!
• Will be using PRIME software to process claims.
• Ability to prioritize daily tasks
• Working knowledge of medical terminology
• High School Diploma or GED
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
