Global Compensation Analyst – 100% remote opportunityMy client is a leading non-automotive, high technology-related manufacturing company.

Due to growth, this growing company is looking for a new Global Compensation Analyst.

You’ll be instrumental in the design and implementation of compensation programs.

In addition, this is a great cross-functional opportunity to work with leaders in HR and all levels of management while supporting the overall compensation initiatives of the company.If you have 2 years of Global Compensation (100 Remote) experienced within a mid-to-large size company, please send your resume to joe.domblesadeccona.comIn the role of Global Compensation Analyst your duties will include:Under minimal direction, conducts and leads analyses of compensation programs in order to evaluate internal equity, external competitiveness, and legal compliance of the organization’s compensation practices Participates in compensation programs and projects in order to optimize the compensation strategy of the organization.

Works collaboratively with other functional areas including HR, Information Technology and Payroll Provides data analysis and expert counsel to all levels of leadership as well as HR staff on compensation programs and initiatives related to pay structures, short and long term incentive programs, departmental reorganizations, pay change recommendations, new hire offers, and wage and hour regulations Oversees salary survey administration and serves as the point of contact for the market pricing platform Performs job analysis and job evaluations to develop job profiles.

Determines FLSA exemption and salary grade assignment while Develops and recommends annual merit budget and structure adjustments based on statistical modeling as well as participates in the design, analysis and administration of short-term variable pay programs Assists in the design, analysis and administration of executive compensation programs as needed Proactively drives process improvements Performs all other duties assigned If you’re familiar with the duties above and possess 2 years’ experience within a corporate compensation group (independent or that sits in HR) and would like to be considered for the role of Compensation Analyst – 100 Remote.
