Gameday Entertainment Coordinator

The Coordinator of Gameday Entertainment has the primary responsibilities of supporting the team of production professionals in all aspects of entertainment for the organization’s event and game presentations.

This position works alongside the Event Operations Department, Stadium Operations, Corporate Partnerships, Raiderettes, and others to execute across a calendar of events.

He she also has the duties of handling all booking and communication with gameday contributors and researching and developing innovative ways to support our world-class live entertainment production.

Essential Job Functions
Reports directly to Director, Game and Event Presentation
Fills the role of a Production Assistant on event days to support Director and Manager in any capacity needed, including but not limited to scheduling, greeting, and checking-in of gameday and event participants, on-field assistance for presentations, assisting in control room, executing in-game programming, etc.
Assists with all live event production at Allegiant Stadium, and contributes to the creation of all show documents and timing
Responsible for booking all travel, transportation and lodging needs for entertainment guests, as well as securing riders, catering requests, and gifting
Assist with hiring and on-boarding all gameday staff
Create memos and timelines for all entertainment staff and guests
Assists in researching social media influencers and integrating them into brand outreach
Research talent for performances of our national anthem, color guards, DJs, and other on-field and event entertainment programs
Maintain an organized schedule for talent travel, rehearsals, and special requests
Accountable for gameday and event set-up and break-down of equipment, inventory, maintenance and upkeep of props and storage areas
Serve as liaison between stadium operations crew and the Raiders seasonal entertainment staff
Serve as a guest representative for venue information such as stadium layout, seating sections, and emergency activity procedures, as needed
Work cohesively with other departments to execute entertainment elements
All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management, Broadcasting, Communications, or relevant major required
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sports Entertainment required
Previous experience in National Football League preferred
Must be a team player, have a positive attitude and use sound judgment
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
Proactive self-starter who can manage multiple projects efficiently
Provide excellent customer service and hospitality
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work extended hours and flexible schedule including nights weekends, holidays, and every Raiders Home Game required
Physical Aspects of Position (includes but are not limited to):
Frequent walking, standing, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling
Sitting for long periods of time throughout shift
Occasional lifting and carrying up to 50lbs
