Work assignments may be complex in nature, where considerable judgment, tact, creativity, and initiative are required.

Maintains knowledge of gaming and functions to assist in policy, procedures, and administrative matters.

Provide administrative support, which includes, but is not limited to, writing/typing notes, presentations, and correspondence, and interacting with various executives and other stakeholders.

Makes travel arrangements, completes expense reports, plans meetings, and any other administrative duties as assigned.Essential Job Functions: Provides primary and specific support for the Sr.

Vice President, Chief Technology Officer, Sr, Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and their team.Serve as a liaison between executives, managers and visitors as required.

Reviews, requests, schedules appointments and meetings, conference calls and other executive events; informs attendees/participants of function dates and times, reserves meeting space, provides audio/visual and other ancillary equipment/materials if required and hospitality services when appropriatePerforms a full range of administrative duties, e.g.

preparing PowerPoint presentations, writing/typing notes and correspondence, maintaining Excel spreadsheets, filing, receiving and distributing mail, ordering and monitoring corporate credit card usage, support facilities usage and allocation, ordering supplies and maintaining confidential records.

Proofreads all written materials to ensure professional and accurate documentation.Manages conference room calendars and sets up prior to meetings and/or events, in-person, and virtual meetingArranges all domestic and international travel for executive and support managers.Greet visitors, answer, and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to questions regarding activities associated with the Gaming senior leadership team.Communicates in person and through correspondence with high-level contacts inside and outside the company.Compile data for reports and presentations.Maintains and completes expense reports.Planning virtual team eventsQualificationsEducationHigh School graduate/GEDAssociate Degree preferredRequired experience10 years of professional work experience5-8 years in an Executive Assistant role supporting various C-level executives or other relevant experienceKnowledge, Skills, & Abilities:Ability to maintain confidentiality of informationAbility to get along with multiple personality types and best represent Scientific Games’ culture and visionStrong organization and planning skills with attention to detailAbility to take initiative without being prompted and work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong customer service skills.
