ADP RPO is recruiting on behalf of PLI.PLI is searching for an experienced systems analyst to join our team to help take our systems to the next level. PLI is embarking on a journey to unify our ERP (Monarch) platforms across all our plant locations and the right candidate will help support our business through this change. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of the support, configuration, and deployment of the EFI suite of software. The ERP Systems Analyst reviews, analyzes, and modifies the programming and database systems including developing, encoding, testing, and debugging to support an organization’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. They customize and configure ERP processes and workflow to allow the integration of supporting applications. The ERP systems analyst designs and develops application tables, reports, and new modules to improve system efficiency. Strong knowledge in EFI platforms with experience as a Business Analyst in functional modules of EFI Print Suites Monarch, Radius or Pace using Printflow, PrintStream and Auto-Count. Provide end to end support for applications and related information systems including general database support and administration. Responsible for monitoring the systems to ensure the highest level of application performance. Provide facilitation and ownership and troubleshooting of problems through final resolution. Provide technical expertise to the users in solving day-to-day issues. Oversee the administration of user accounts, permissions, and access rights in ERP systems. Documents functional specifications in detail and provides direction to fellow staff in development. Provides project leadership for the development and support of new and existing applications. Support and help develop training plans and identify impacted users for software rollouts and system upgrades Possesses and maintains an up-to-date understanding of business systems and printing industry requirements. Develops and maintains technical documentation. Assist in developing detailed testing scenarios, executing testing scripts, and document results oversee application testing which will be both automated and manual in multiple functional areas. Serves as a thought leader for business process improvement and optimization QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of relevant work experience successfully supporting systems for the printing industry. Experience supporting business process and technical configuration for EFI Monarch ERP, Autocount, PrintFlow and PrintStream. Knowledge and experience supporting Progress andor SQL databases. Exceptional knowledge of service and application delivery, as well as successful service level agreement accomplishments. Hands-on experience troubleshooting applications and support for Microsoft Access, SQL, and Crystal Reports. Ability to perform general mathematical calculations for the purpose of creating and supporting Crystal reports and other systems. Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills throughout interaction with all levels of the organization Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations. Ability communicate complex scenarios clearly to a diverse audience Keen attention to detail. Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong customer service orientation. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Education A Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline or commensurate experience supporting ERP platforms in the printing industry
