This is a Full-time position in Las Vegas, NV posted June 25, 2022.

Creates and modifies detailed drawings using CAD software from sketches, layouts or notes provided by engineering. Works to create and transition parts and assemblies from concept to prototype, as well as from prototype to manufacturing release. Actively involved in incorporating customer requirements and specifications into designs. Contributes to design modifications that facilitate manufacturing or enhance product quality. Checks drawings against part or assembly requirements and specifications for correctness and conformance to standards. Works with engineers regarding model accuracy, design, drafting standards and ECN/ECR documentation. May work with system management including file maintenance, backup and storage.

Other Specific Functions or Duties
Assists in preparation and incorporation of ECOs. May select materials and parts based on data and specifications.  Creates parts lists for assemblies.  Prepares preliminary designs and layouts. Obtains and completes LMS training plan specific to assigned responsibility.

Job Requirements
Minimum Required Skills and Knowledge
Proficient in utilizing business tools such as:  E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Thorough understanding of current drafting standards and techniques.
Proficient in AutoCAD (2018 or later).
Proficient in Pro-E/Creo (3.0 M110 or later) or SolidWorks (2019 or later).

Highly Desired Skills and Knowledge
Proficient in Pro-E/Creo and SolidWorks.
Experience with SAP/ECTR or equivalent ERP product.
Experience with Altium software.
Candidates with highly desired skills may be considered for a remote worker role.
