We believe that family always comes first, and that the dedication of our associates is the key ingredient to our success.Join our growing family today!This position is responsible for the maintenance and control of all electronic and non-electronic documents for Quality and R& D.Responsibilites:Prints and issues batch recordsUpdates formulas, master batch record instructions and bulk specificationsPosition holder manages the change control system related to R& D and QualityTrendsand Investigates customer complaintsGenerates material specifications and CofAs based on compendial monographs and regulatory requirementsGenerates, tracks and trends deviation and material review documentation.Maintains the facility Training Matrix and trainingManages and maintains documents/requirements for customers in their PLMHelp maintain a professional and organized work spaceContributes to team effort by accomplishing related resultsPerform other tasks as neededSupports, encourages and complies with all company policies and procedures including Quality, Environmental,Health and WellnessAdditional duties as assignedRequirementsMust comply with GMP requirements; specific functions and documents will be discussed in GMP and on the job trainingBachelor’s in Science preferredStrong computer knowledge with Microsoft Office is requiredProject Management skills are requiredMust have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.Must have excellent mathematical skillsMust be organized and able to keep recordsExperience in R& D, Quality or Productionin the Dietary Supplement, Food or Pharmaceutical Industry is a plusExperience with FDA, GMP regulated industries a plusMust be able to lift 50lbsMust be able to stand for 8 hoursMust be able to work in a physically challenging environmentBenefitsWe know talent when we see it.
