Everise is looking for strong Customer Service Support Representatives in Las Vegas, NV, with top-notch verbal and written communication skills, who want to make a difference in the lives of people everywhere. You must be friendly, with moderate technical aptitude and drive to identify and solve the client’s needs.

We use consultative sales to ensure that our member s needs are met first and for most.

Our goal is to be the best in the world at what we do. We have an impressive product and a sizable user base. Every day presents a new set of challenges that requires quick, critical thinking and relationship building skills.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Answer product inquiries from our members via inbound phone calls and email responses

  • Create amazing experiences and a foundation for continued relationships while identifying and recommending additional products to benefit our members

  • Provide complete and individualized solutions for every member

  • Meet weekly key performance metrics for promoting and selling products and services that align to our members’ needs

Do you have what it takes:

  • Must be located in or willing to travel to the site location of 490 E. Capovilla Avenue, Las Vegas NV, 89119 (McCarran Center)

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • A minimum of 1 year in customer service and/or sales role (preferred)

  • Ability to engage with customer effectively, while navigating multiple internal systems

  • Self-awareness and self-motivation, with a strong desire to constantly improve through performance metrics tracking and coaching

  • Proven ability to consistently deliver excellent sales and customer service

  • Must be technically savvy

  • Proficiency on PC &/or MAC + web browsers as well as a variety of call center ticketing/call tracking systems

  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

  • Bilingual Spanish and English-speaking applicants welcomed


  • You must supply your own headset. Specific models will be shared during the interview process.

  • All other equipment is supplied by Everise.
