Compensation Analyst

Are you an experienced Compensation Analyst?

If so, let’s talk Our client is actively seeking a talented Compensation Analyst to work fully remote.

This is a fulltime permanent opportunity with our client.

Job Overview: Supports the company’s annual compensation processes, providing reporting and analysis on pay programs and establishing and monitoring processes that support these programs Key Responsibilities: Assist in the design, implementation and administration of innovative compensation programs and policies.

This may include base pay programs, short
– and long-term incentives, and reward and recognition programs.

Provides support for salary survey participation and analysis.

Assists in annual merit, pay, and bonus initiatives.

Reviews and approves job descriptions and maintains active job code list across various systems.

Conducts job evaluations, determines FLSA status, applies appropriate market data, documents findings and recommends appropriate job information.

Serve as an internal resource to HR team, recruiters, and managers regarding compensation program/policy administration.

Provides counsel to HR and management regarding compensation actions for employees.

Analyzes and audits compliance with government regulations and company policies.

Works with HRIS and other stakeholders to audit and verify compensation data.

Develops and maintains policies, procedures, and operational manuals.

Researches process and practices for improvements or efficiencies to implement; accumulates and analyzes data, documents findings, and presents recommendations.

Keeps abreast of new and emerging compensation trends, creative solutions, and legislative changes.

Assumes other duties as assigned.

Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, detect trends, draw conclusions and formulate recommendations.

Advanced proficiency in Excel required, Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint helpful.

Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels.

Strong interpersonal and consultative skills.

The ability to multitask while maintaining a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy is helpful.

Ability to maintain confidential information Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field.

Minimum of 3 years’ analysis experience.
